Running in the rain

The last couple days have brought us some insane northwest weather! (The picture above is my attempt at forgetting that fact for just a sec.) Here in olympia the winds were whipping, the rain was coming down hard and sideways and it was really just nasty. Well, of course, I decided to go for a run in it!  It was actually my first ever run in ultra-crappy weather and I almost didn't go but I did and I'm glad for it. I only went 3 miles but they were the hardest and wettest and windiest miles I've ever ran and the next time I go out it's gonna feel like summer in november! Not really, but you know what I mean. :)
