This is my entry for this week's IF challenge, Frozen.
I made this resin ice cube quite a long time ago. It has a photo of me as a kid with some glitter and typewriter-ing thrown in for good measure.
I've decided that I'll post a little "what I learned' every time I complete one of these challenges because I AM learning something new each time and that is totally awesome! learning new things = way good!
Well, this time around I learned how to best light ice cubes for a photos using the meager non-photographer lighting I have (i.e. a couple lamps). The ice cubes are in a martini glass that I held halfway under a lampshade while trying to hold as still as I could!
